The customer was relocating with family from Patna to Lucknow due to a job transfer and wanted the complete household delivered over the weekend to avoid disrupting daily routines.
The inventory included modular wardrobes, king-size beds, sofa sets, dining furniture, refrigerator, washing machine, LED televisions, study tables, kitchen appliances, decorative items, and several fragile cartons. Since the relocation covered a long-distance route, the customer also requested extra protection for wooden furniture and electronic appliances.

Wooden furniture was wrapped using foam sheets, stretch film, edge protectors, and waterproof covers to reduce the risk of scratches and moisture during transportation.
Glassware, crockery, decorative pieces, and kitchen essentials were individually wrapped with bubble cushioning before being packed inside reinforced corrugated cartons.
LED televisions, refrigerators, washing machines, and other appliances received corner guards, foam protection, and moisture-resistant wrapping before loading.
Every carton was numbered and labeled according to its destination room, allowing the unloading team to organize items more efficiently after delivery.
Unlike local household shifting, intercity relocation requires stable loading and proper weight distribution inside the transport vehicle.
Heavy furniture was loaded first and secured using industrial straps, while fragile cartons were placed separately to minimize movement during transit.
