Our coordinator asks basic details like your pickup and drop address, approximate move date, type of property (1BHK, 2BHK, office, etc.), and any special items you have, such as a piano, aquarium, or heavy safe. This helps us understand the scale of your move before we even visit, so the survey itself is faster and more accurate.
Next, our team either visits your home physically or does a live video walkthrough, depending on your preference. During this survey, we check the actual volume of your belongings, note the floor level and lift access, check for narrow staircases or tight turns, and identify anything that needs special packing — like glass tabletops or electronics. This step is important because a rough phone estimate is never as accurate as an actual look at your home.
Based on the survey, we prepare a written, itemized quote — covering packing material, labour, transport, and insurance — with no vague estimates or "we'll see later" pricing. Once you're happy with the quote, we confirm your booking date and share a checklist of things to keep aside (documents, valuables, daily-use items) that we won't be packing.
A day or two before the move, our team prepares all packing material in advance — bubble wrap, stretch film, corrugated boxes of different sizes, foam sheets, and wooden crates if needed for fragile or high-value items. Having everything ready beforehand means the actual packing day moves quickly without last-minute shortages.
On packing day, our crew works room by room rather than randomly across the house — kitchen items are wrapped and boxed together, bedroom items separately, and so on. Every box is labeled clearly with the room name and a short description of what's inside, so nothing gets mixed up during loading or unpacking later.
Beds, wardrobes, dining tables, and modular furniture that can't be moved whole are carefully dismantled by our team. Every nut, bolt, and bracket is collected in labeled pouches and taped to the matching furniture piece, so reassembly at your new home is quick and nothing goes missing.
Large appliances like refrigerators, washing machines, and TVs get extra attention — multiple layers of bubble wrap, corner protection, and secure strapping to prevent movement during transit. For electronics, we also note down existing scratches or marks beforehand, so there's full transparency on condition before and after the move.
Loading is done using professional lifting belts and trolleys, not just manual lifting, to avoid injury and damage. Heavier items are loaded first and placed at the base, fragile boxes go on top, and everything is tied down securely so nothing shifts around during the drive — especially important for bumpy roads or long highway stretches.
Your belongings travel inside our own closed container trucks — never open vehicles — so there's no dust, rain, or sun exposure along the way. For outstation moves, our trucks are GPS-enabled, so you can track your shipment's live location instead of just waiting for a call.
Once we arrive at your new address, our team unloads everything carefully and places boxes in the rooms they're labeled for, based on your new home's layout. This saves you from having to drag boxes around yourself after a long moving day.
Beds, wardrobes, and other dismantled furniture are reassembled on the spot, and heavy appliances are placed exactly where you want them — connected and positioned properly, not just left wherever there's space.
Before our team leaves, we walk through the home with you to confirm everything has arrived, nothing is damaged, and all boxes are accounted for against the inventory list made during the survey. Any last questions or adjustments are handled on the spot, so the move feels complete — not something you have to follow up on later.
