1. Booking & Confirmation

By booking our services, you agree to provide accurate details of the goods. A booking is considered confirmed only after an official quote is accepted and a token advance (if applicable) is paid to Prestolink Packers and Movers Pvt. Ltd.

2. Packing & Loading

Our team uses professional materials for packers and movers in danapur services. However, customers are requested to pack personal valuables like jewelry, cash, and important documents themselves. We are not responsible for the loss of such items.

3. Prohibited Items

We do not transport hazardous materials, including but not limited to:

• Explosives, Gas Cylinders, and Flammable Liquids.
• Perishable food items.
• Illegal substances or contraband.
• Pets or live plants (unless specifically agreed).

4. Payment Terms

Payment must be cleared as per the following structure:

• 80% payment upon completion of loading at the source.
• Remaining 20% payment before unloading at the destination.
• As an IBA approved packers and movers in Patna, we provide GST-compliant invoices for all transactions.

5. Transit Insurance

Insurance is highly recommended for long-distance moves. While we take the utmost care, transit risks are inevitable. In case of damage, claims must be processed through the insurance provider. Prestolink will assist in documentation but is not liable for the final claim amount.

6. Delay & Cancellations

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled move. Delays due to weather, traffic, or government restrictions are beyond our control, and we will keep the customer informed in such cases.

7. Jurisdiction

Any legal disputes arising from our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Patna, Bihar.
